🔁 Return and refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals.
• Electronics must not be activated, used, or physically damaged.

• Used or damaged items (unless defective)

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at customerservice@westcomp-electronics.com

💰 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email update.
• If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
